SHIP MANAGEMENT and SHIP OPERATION with Traditional values and Technical Excellence

Korkyra Shipping has established Quality, Safety and Environmental Management system in accordance with the IMO regulations. Its shorebased office and vessels have been ISM and ISPS certified by classification societies Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Bureau Veritas and Croatian Register of Shipping.

Our Management system is based on continuous work to achieve following main Quality objectives:

1. Economic and profitable operations for the shipowners
2. Safety at sea (of people, property and environment)
3. Protection of the marine environment (avoiding any kind of pollution)

The Company personnel ashore and at sea is fully aware of the need for constant improvement of the safety, security and quality of the vessel operations.

So far its efforts have been awarded by USCG designating both of our sisterships, mv "LADY KORCULA" and mv “LADY RASISCE” as QUALSHIP 21 Vessels. Only 10% of all foreign-flag ships that operate in the US have earned this designation. USCG states “this is a remarkable accomplishment” and applauds “the efforts of the company as well as each ship’s master and crew for setting such a high standard of excellence".
